Returns & Exchanges

At Willabeans we are aware that it is particularly important that your children’s shoes are the right size and fit well. 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your shoes we will refund or exchange items that are in new and unworn condition. 

To return your shoes, please email us to inform us of your return on: camilla@willabeans.com 

Our policy lasts for 21 days from the date of the original order. If 21 days have elapsed unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds and exchanges:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.

If you would like to exchange your shoes please let us know the details of the shoes you would like to exchange your product for and we will send a new pair out to you within 5 working days.
